TAMU Center for Chemical Characterization and Analysis (CCCA)

Overview of Services

The Center for Chemical Characterization and Analysis (CCCA) provides services in the areas of trace and bulk elemental analysis to TAMU researchers and customers at other academic institutions, government agencies, and private industry. Our current capabilities include neutron activation analysis and ICP-MS techniques. The CCCA is unique in that it features 14-MeV fast neutron activation analysis (FNAA) services in addition to thermal neutron activation analysis (INAA). Beyond making ICP-MS available as a service, we also provide full training so that researchers can perform their own analyses.
