The core generates customized polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies in mouse or rat hosts tailored to meet the specific needs of individual research programs. The core also provides tailored engineering of monoclonal antibodies with specialization in affinity maturation and humanization. As part of the Texas A&M Center for Epigenetics and Disease Prevention, ABC has unique expertise generating antibodies against epigenetic targets.
